Would You Like to Lose Weight Without Feeling Hungry?
Bob Harris, February 2010
You Can Drop Off Excess Fat and Not Have Hunger Pangs!
This assumes that you want to lose that flab in the first place! One of the greatest problems when
trying to diet is seemingly always feeling hungry. You know what the feeling, you have just eaten a
nice diet meal and within a few minutes it seems like the hunger pangs are there already.
Now you are surely aware that it is almost impossible to lose weight without a taking proper
healthy weight loss diet. You shouldn't fall for the claims that there are "magic" weight loss
pills. There might be but what would they do to your health? In addition that weight loss will
surely go straight back on again once you stop the "magic"!
The only scientific proven way to lose weight permanently is to follow the 7 easy tips below:
1. Lose it slowly
2. Eat healthy foods that suit you. (High fiber is not everyone's ideal diet and can cause problems
if you have diverticulitis, too much fiber can give you a bloated feeling and flatulence, that's
not only unpleasant for you but anti social too!).
3. Take your time and plan your meals or even buy high quality meals that are designed to lose
those pounds. Just beware of so called "low this and that" meals as they may have an imbalance of
other less healthy ingredients.
4. Do some sensible exercises. No you don't have to go to the gym. Just some gentle walks to get
your heart running faster than usual to start with then gradually speed it up a bit more, but by
this time you will want to anyway.
5. Resist snacking between meals. The best way is to have more meals! Yes take the same total
amount but more frequently. In other words eat smaller but more frequent meals to lose weight
without feeling hungry.
6. Avoid the vending machines with those tantalizing bars of delicious chocolate! That's the
hardest for some people. Crisp are also hard to avoid. Wells don't avoid them just in moderation.
Right? That's willpower but a route to success if you can control those urges.
7. Talk to your Doc to make sure your chosen diet regime is suitable for you and not a fad
diet.
Doing your duty to yourself and taking action to start your diet will get you into the right eating
habits. The word habit means that eating sensibly will be the norm for you and keeping the excess
fat off, will be a breeze.
BUT.........
It's not as easy as that. If you take too strict an approach to dieting you will find it boring and
give up. Not only that but when you start a diet you are often well overweight and those first few
trips to the scale show an amazing weight loss. But as you get nearer and nearer to your goal it
just gets harder. The incentive decreases and before you realize you're eating badly again those
sticky sweet muffins seem to be strangely attracted to your mouth and on around your belly! You
need to find an easy way to diet!
So how do you cope with trying to lose weight without feeling hungry? Simple take an appetite
suppressant. It doesn't work on its own for weight loss but assists you in your endeavours, the
temptations seem less daunting and easier to overcome. The weight keeps coming off and your habits
get stronger.
You can do this and you can be helped to achieve your weight loss targets, take the easy way to
diet and lose weight without feeling hungry. PS Don't forget to sign up for a free book on all the
main diets when you get there!
